I get signed out of my Xbox account as soon as I log in.

I've never owned an Xbox. I buy Forza Horizon 5 on the PS5. It requires connection with an Xbox account. It seems to let me log in with my microsoft details. As soon as I do, it signs me out. I can't connect to play the game.

I've tried chrome, edge and safari. I've tried incognito on chrome. I've tried talking to Xbox live chat, which gave me steps that didn't work and wouldn't connect me to a person. I've tried messaging via X to Xbox support, which redirected me to the same support page. I've tried on my phone and on my mac. This is very frustrating. I can't post this on the xbox forums because I can't log in! Someone please help, I need to talk to an actual person.
