To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:
- Use an incognito window
- Open your browser in incognito or private browsing mode
- Sign into m365.cloud.microsoft/apps.
- From the home page select Install apps. (Or, you might need to select Apps from the left navigation pane, and then select Install apps.)

- Clear browser cache
- Launch the browser, and press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the Clear browsing data utility.
- Now, select All time from the Time range dropdown menu, tick the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, then click on Clear data towards the bottom.
- Restart the browser, and try again.
- Contact IT admin
If the issue persists, please ask your IT administrator to assign or reassign the appropriate license to your account. Once the license has been updated, sign out, sign back in, and try downloading the app again.
