We are seeking assistance developing a client case management application using Microsoft Power Apps. The solution should support client intake, advocate assignment, automated notifications, case notes, document management, status tracking, reporting, and form generation. The application should integrate with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Power Automate, and Power BI. Users include intake staff, advocates, and supervisors. We are interested in both fixed-price and hourly proposals. Any guidance is welcome. We have already created a SharePoint and Power app utilizing power automate but have hit a roadblock with the coding and failures to run it. Thank you

    Hi Ashley,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, you would like to build a client case management system using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Since the current scope of support in this category is primarily focused on Microsoft 365 products, while the issue you are experiencing is related to Microsoft Power Apps, I want to make sure that you receive the most accurate and effective support. For this reason, I recommend posting your question in the Microsoft Power Platform Community Forum.

There, you can receive assistance from community members who specialize in Power Apps and Power Platform. Other community members who regularly follow the forum may also be able to share their experience and insights regarding similar scenarios.

I apologize for redirecting you to another community. However, because the scope of this category is primarily focused on Microsoft 365, my knowledge and support scope for Power Apps are limited. Directing your question to the most appropriate community will give you a better opportunity to receive specialized guidance for the issues you are experiencing with your Power Apps application and Power Automate flows.

I hope this information helps point you in the right direction.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.
