    Just to confirm, is this only happening to your Microsoft Word? Have you tried printing from Excel just to check? If it's happening to all apps, this is due to a misconfiguration of the print spooler. Kindly follow the steps below:

    We need to refresh the print spooler folder:

    1. Press Windows Key + R and type services.msc
    2. Look for Print Spooler and click on Stop Service
    3. Press Windows Key + R and type spool
    4. Open spool folder and click Continue on the prompt
    5. Go to drivers > x64 and look for "3" folder
    6. Rename 3 folder to 3.old
    7. Start the print spooler service in services.msc

    Restart the PC and check.

    Note: If the issue only occurs on Office apps, I recommend reinstalling the Office app by following the steps below:

    Press the Windows key + R, then type in:

    appwiz.cpl

    Then hit OK

    Look for the Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 app > Right-click, then select "Change" > Select "Quick Repair" Then follow the prompts to repair.
