A TPM status error such as 0xC0000001 can be related to boot configuration corruption or damaged system files. Before suggesting more advanced repairs, could you please clarify:

Are you able to reach the Windows sign-in screen, or is the error displayed before Windows loads?
Did the issue start immediately after a Windows 11 update?
Do you see the exact message mentioning TPM, or only the code 0xC0000001?

In the meantime, please try the following:

Step 1: Enter Windows Recovery Environment

Turn the PC on
When the Windows logo appears, hold the power button to force it off
Repeat this process 3 times.
Windows should open Automatic Repair and then Advanced options

Step 2: Run Startup Repair

Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Repair
Choose your Windows installation and let the repair complete
Restart the PC and check whether Windows loads normally

Step 3: Check for system file corruption If Startup Repair does not help:

Return to Advanced options
Open Command Prompt
Run: sfc /scannow /offbootdir=C:\ /offwindir=C:\Windows

(If Windows is installed on a different drive letter in Recovery, use that letter instead.)

Microsoft, if Gillaware Data Recovery can extract data - will cost us (small woman owned business) a minimum of $4,000.00 /$1,800 for Gillaware service and Microcenter rebuilding ThinkPad T14 Gen 5

No one at Microsoft will assist with locating the Office 365 software running on the T14 - 365 license was purchased from MS and renewed and is NOT in our Microsoft account.

At this point, please confirm whether you can still access Advanced Startup Options (Startup Repair, System Restore, or Reset this PC). If none of these recovery options are available, the next step may require assistance from the device manufacturer or a local repair service to assess the drive and recovery options.

Microsoft Windows 11 update damaged the ThinkPad. The computer is with nationally top ranked data recovery form $1,600.00. Please provide contact information to submit claim to Microsoft for the cost of the data recovery and rebuild of the ThinkPad $800.00.
