    Hi, @mark veigl

Before changing anything, can you confirm:

    1. Did you block the sender from https://outlook.live.com/mail or from another Outlook app?
    2. Do you know the exact email address that was blocked?

If this was blocked in Outlook.com, go to:

    • "Settings" > "Mail" > "Junk email."
    • Under "Blocked senders and domains," find the email address.
    • Click the trash/delete icon next to it.
    • Save the change if prompted.

After removing it, ask the sender to send you a new test email. Let me know how it goes.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!

In Outlook on the web or Outlook.com:

    1. Select Settings > Mail > Junk email.
    2. Under the blocked senders list, select the email address or domain to unblock.
    3. Select the remove icon.

If messages from that sender should go to the inbox instead of Junk, add the address or domain to Safe senders and domains.
