I have spent 5 hrs at minimum trying to follow all of the prompts about how to because I am not receiving emails for the past three days in my outlook mail. I only have .1% usage of storage. I can not seem to contact a real support person.

How to you get ahold of these people!

For Outlook.com on the web, the supported path to reach a live support person is through the in-product Help pane.

    1. Sign in to Outlook.com.
    2. Select Help on the menu bar or the ? icon.
    3. Enter the issue, such as cannot receive emails.
    4. If the self-help results do not solve it, scroll to Still need help? and select Yes.
    5. Choose Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
    6. Confirm an email address that can be accessed for follow-up.

Since storage is only 0.1% used, that does not match a full-mailbox problem. For a no-new-mail issue in Outlook.com, the documented checks are:

    1. Check the Other tab.
    2. Check Junk Email settings and the Junk Email folder.
    3. Set Filter > Sort > Date.
    4. Check whether email forwarding is enabled.
    5. Check whether any rules are moving or hiding mail.
    6. If using a third-party mail service, confirm it supports modern authentication and IMAP.
    7. If IMAP or POP are active, disable them and test again.

If the Help pane path does not work or sign-in is blocked, use the alternate Outlook.com support entry point provided in the support articles: tap or click here.

    Hello,

    1. Can you send emails?
    2. What is the exact error message the sender receives when they try to email your address?

Try sending a test email from one of your Microsoft accounts to the affected email address.

    • If you receive any bounce-back error message, share the complete message here.

Alternatively, sign in with your Microsoft account on the Outlook web here

    https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/mail/forwarding

and check your email forwarding rules.

If your emails are being forwarded to another address, click 'Do not forward'.

    In addition to this,

    Visit https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/accounts-category/storage

Expand the Microsoft Storage and Email Storage section.

See whether you have enough storage space in both sections to send or receive emails.
