Hello, what PDF files will work for Surface Go 1? Thanks. I am ordering Etsy planners; they need to be PDF or XODO, etc. Thanks or GoodNotes.

Any standard interactive PDF file will work seamlessly on your Microsoft Surface Go 1. Because the Surface Go 1 runs a full version of Windows 10, it treats PDF files exactly like a standard desktop computer does. When ordering digital planners from Etsy, you do not need a special "Surface-specific" file type. Simply look for listings that specify they are "Interactive PDFs," "Hyperlinked PDFs," or "Digital Planners for GoodNotes/Xodo."

A PDF is not something you normally "install." It is a document file that you download or save to your Surface Go.

If you already downloaded the PDF, check your Downloads folder. In File Explorer, select Downloads, then look for the PDF file. You can also search for .pdf in the Windows search box.

If you opened the PDF previously but don't know where it was saved, open your PDF app, such as Xodo or Microsoft Edge, and check its Recent or Open files list.
