    Hello,

May I know whether you have a Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscription?

Please sign in with your Microsoft account on the Services & Subscriptions page below and check whether your subscription is active.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

If you have an active subscription,

    • Open any Office app and go to File > Account > Sign out.
    • Sign in again with your Microsoft account to see if the subscription is being detected.

    (OR) Try repairing Office applications.

Perform an Online Repair - Repair an Office application

Note: Before doing these troubleshooting steps, ensure your subscription is active under your Microsoft account.
