Update KB5120998 seems to be causing issues with Corel Visual Studio

Windows recently updated my software with the following 3 items KB5129195, KB5124008, KB5126052. After doing so my Corel Visual Studio exe no longer runs, i.e. when you look at task manger it states "Disabled", if I run it as Administrator it then says "Not allowed" in the details panel. Looking around it states that this is a security issue and could be caused by KB5120998. When I check the details relating to KB5124008 it states that this includes improvements to KB5120998. Too much of a coincidence I think.

Anyway when I go to the uninstall update option KB5124008 is not in the updates list to be uninstalled.

So the question is two-fold.

One: how can I, or even can I somehow uninstall KB5124008 or at least KB5120998 to see if that is the issue

OR

Two: If I can't uninstall then how can I get windows to allow my vstudio.exe to run?

It is only this package / exe that I am having a problem with. The windows updates were installed automatically on 13th Sept when my problem started.

Hi, I seem to have resolved the problem, by uninstalling and re-installing Visual Studio and then renaming the uv.dll file and then re-loading the software. Not sure why this has worked since all that has changed are the MS / OS updates but for now all seems OK once again.

    The update usually will be available for uninstall for a certain period of time, after that time has passed, you can no longer uninstall it.

    Before we proceed further, may I have a photo of the situation to check for you? Please remember to remove all personal information before posting.
