Xbox controller not working

Hey everyone So i bought a new controller and it was working fine i was connecting it to my pc via Bluetooth and it was working good and then after 2 months i want to try to plug it in my pc via a cable and then it didn’t work i tried different cables and different pcs it still didn’t work tried to connect it to my xbox one and it didn't connect too and i said ok it working good via Bluetooth and then one day i connected my controller to my mobile to play games with on my phone it was working fine and then i connected it back to my pc it connected i opened the game rocket league i pressed A button it didn't work tried different buttons didn’t work too keep in mind it's connected but its not responding and then i the controller name changed to a weird name which is 6 axis 16 button gamepad with hat switch and idk what to do can someone help me .
