Azure for Students renewal fails after successful academic verification

I previously had an Azure for Students subscription and received the $100 student credit in 2024.

I am still an eligible university student and have successfully completed academic verification again using my university email.

However, the Azure for Students subscription is not being provisioned.

Azure Portal → Subscriptions shows 0 subscriptions.

Portal Settings → Directories + subscriptions shows only my Default Directory and no other directories.

When I click Start free on the Azure for Students page, I am redirected to an error page saying:

“We encountered an unexpected error. Try again later.”

I also receive:

“Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services'...”

Please check my previous Azure for Students subscription and current academic verification, and reset/provision the Azure for Students renewal for my account.
