I bought three DLC characters on dead or alive 6 last round with the wrong credit card I would like to re-purchase it with a different one on my xbox series x

    If your refund request for the DLC characters was denied, the purchases will remain on your account and you generally won't be able to repurchase the same content with a different payment method unless a refund is approved first. Xbox digital refund requests are reviewed based on eligibility criteria and are not guaranteed.

    You can:

    1. Review the refund decision and your order history in your Microsoft account.
    2. Submit another request only if you have new information that may affect eligibility.
    3. Contact https://support.xbox.com/ directly and explain that the DLC was purchased using the wrong credit card and that you'd like to repurchase it using a different payment method.
