Your question is a bit unclear. If you mean you have multiple Microsoft customer accounts/profiles in Edge and Edge asks you to sign in every time you switch between them, try these:
Check Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Cookies. Make sure cookies are not being deleted automatically when Edge closes. In particular, disable Clear browsing data on close for cookies/site data.
In Settings → Profiles → Profile preferences, make sure Allow single sign-on for work or school sites using this profile is enabled, if available.
