Dear MCP Support Team,
I am writing to request assistance in accessing my Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) account from 2006. I would like to download the soft copy of my MCP certificate and account details.
Please add the email address to my MCP ID so that I can retrieve the necessary information and documents.
Kindly guide me through the process or provide the required access to obtain my certificate.

MCP ID/MC IDs have not been used since the merger of Certification profiles and Learn profiles in 2024. Your Microsoft Learn username is now your unique ID.
