AU10TIX verification fails at backend processing for Indian passport — Partner Center, all capture steps succeed

I am unable to obtain a Verified ID through AU10TIX for Partner Center legal business profile verification, and I would appreciate a moderator escalating this to the validation team.

The flow completes email PIN verification, government ID capture, and the selfie check without any error. Submission then stalls at roughly 50% and returns "You do not meet the requirements to create a Verified ID" with no reason given.

I have tried an Indian passport and an Indian PAN card across multiple devices and browsers, in a private window, using the native camera, with no VPN. The name on my Entra user profile matches the passport exactly in the same language. Country or region and email are populated, and the tenant has a verified custom domain.

Since all capture steps succeed and only backend processing fails, this looks like the same pattern reported by others using non-US and non-EU documents, where the issue turned out to be on the Microsoft or AU10TIX side rather than with the documents.
