Am attempting to purchase robux using my wallet, but when i press the $16.99 option the checkout page flashes open and close and am unable to buy. When it flashes the order cancels and no money from the wallet is removed.

Hey I found an answer to my problem, first you need a second device which can also access Microsoft for example I used my laptop which had my login to Roblox and also had Microsoft so I was able to download the Microsoft version and log in and it worked perfectly fine

    Hello Matthew Wilson,

Thanks for the update. Since you’ve already tried the other steps, I wouldn’t worry about the missing Repair option for now.

One thing worth checking is whether your antivirus or other security software is blocking the Microsoft Store payment confirmation window. Microsoft specifically lists blocked pop-ups or payment confirmation windows as a possible cause of Store purchasing problems.

If temporarily disabling that protection for a quick test makes no difference, I’d stop repeating the Store troubleshooting and use Microsoft’s purchasing support/troubleshooter instead, since the checkout itself is still failing.

    Hi Matthew,

Since the checkout window opens and immediately closes without deducting your balance, this sounds more like a Microsoft Store checkout issue than a completed or declined purchase.

First, press Win + R, type wsreset.exe, and let the Microsoft Store reopen. Then go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft Store > Advanced options and try Repair. Also make sure Windows and the Microsoft Store are fully updated, then sign out and back into the Store.

If it still happens, check that your Microsoft account region and billing details match the region of your Store balance. Microsoft account funds can have regional restrictions.

As no money is being deducted, I would avoid repeatedly attempting the purchase and contact Microsoft Store Support if the checkout continues closing.

Thank you, and feel free to respond back for more assistance.
