as above please. i cannot reorder my different email inboxes and associated folders

In new Outlook for Windows, folders within an account can be reordered, but the accounts or mailboxes themselves in the left folder pane cannot be manually rearranged.

For folders inside a mailbox:

  1. Go to Mail.
  2. Select View on the ribbon.
  3. Select Folder pane and turn on Custom folder order.
  4. Drag and drop folders to the position wanted, or right-click a folder and select Move up or Move down.

If alphabetical order is preferred instead:

  1. Go to View.
