Awarded $100,000 Microsoft for Startups Azure credits but only $1,000 visible — allocation not found on either account

I was accepted into Microsoft for Startups and received a confirmation email stating that $100,000 USD of Azure credits had been unlocked, available immediately and valid for two years.

I cannot locate this allocation on any account.

  • My Azure account, under my company email address, shows only $1,000 in Azure credits expiring in approximately 12 months. This is the standard self-serve entry allocation, not the $100,000 award.
  • The acceptance email was sent to my personal email address. Signing in to the Microsoft for Startups portal with that personal account shows no credits and no allocation at all.
  • The Azure Sponsorships balance page does not show the $100,000 allocation either.

So the award appears in my acceptance email but is not provisioned against either identity I have access to.

My questions:

  1. Which account is the $100,000 allocation actually assigned to, and how can I confirm this?
  2. What is the correct process to have it provisioned to my existing company Azure subscription, without creating a duplicate enrollment? I understand re-applying under a second identity risks rejection through entity de-duplication.
  3. My acceptance email states the credits are available now. Is a 90-day activation window running, and can it be paused while this is investigated?

I can provide the subscription ID, both Microsoft account email addresses, the acceptance email date, and my company registration details privately.
