My Windows Security and Microsoft Store apps refuse to open.
The OS build I'm using is version 26200.9457, Windows 11 Home.
And when I look for eventvwr.msc, there are 2 errors:

It seems that the report pointed out 'KERNELBASE.dll' constantly; will that be the main issue that I'm dealing with?

I have tried to fix it using the following command that I found online:

DISM/ScanHealth

DISM/RestoreHealth

sfc /scannow

wsreset.exe

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers Microsoft.SecHealthUI | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

No luck
And since I'm using the latest build of Windows, the Windows11InstallationAssistant refuses to do anything
How should I fix that?

    Please try a repair installation via Settings. See Fix issues by reinstalling the current version of Windows | Microsoft Support
