Our Hardware Program is active, EV certificate is verified, but you get "Account Deactivated" with Correlation ID: 48869192-3d9a-45d8-b254-e2c22874618e

For an active Hardware Program account that now shows Account Deactivated, the supported path is to open a support case based on whether the enrolled Hardware Program sign-in still works:

1. If sign-in still works with the Partner Center account enrolled in the Hardware Program, open a case directly through Microsoft Engage Center. This is the fastest resolution path for Hardware Program issues, including account/enrollment questions.
2. If sign-in does not work with the enrolled Hardware Program account, or the account is suspended or access to the enrolled tenant is unavailable, use Partner Center support instead.
3. Provide the Correlation ID 48869192-3d9a-45d8-b254-e2c22874618e when opening the case so support can trace the failure.

The correlation ID itself does not fix the issue, but it helps support identify what happened for that request.
