I've received a mail saying I'm eligible to take the Azure AI Engineer Associate certification at 50% off the exam price after attending the Microsoft Virtual Training Day: Build agentic AI solutions with Azure AI Foundry. But when I try to redeem it , I'm ending up with an error message that it couldn't be reached. Can you please helpme with this

Use the standard Pearson VUE redemption flow instead of the broken email link:

Open the exam details page for the certification and select Schedule exam.
Sign in to the same Microsoft Learn profile/email that received the discount offer.
In the Transfer to Pearson VUE step, complete the contact details.
Continue to Pearson VUE and proceed through exam registration.
On the payment and billing screen:
- if the offer is an automatic event discount, it should appear during checkout
- if a voucher code was provided in the email, select Add Voucher or Promo Code and enter it there

Important checks:

The discount is only applied when signed in with the same email that received the offer.
Event discounts are applied during checkout in Pearson VUE.
If the email link cannot be reached, booking directly from the Microsoft certification exam page is the supported path.

If the discount still does not appear after signing in with the eligible account and completing checkout steps in Pearson VUE, contact Credentials Support.
