Not able to see my azure certification last week

If the certification was completed last week and the completion email was received, use this check path:

1. Wait up to 24 hours after the exam result for it to appear in the Certifications tab of the Learn profile.
2. Sign in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile. Missing certifications are commonly caused by signing in with a different account than the one used to register for the exam.
3. In the Learn profile:
   • Select Transcript in the left menu to view completed certifications and modules.
   • Select Credentials > Certifications to view certification details.
4. Verify that the certification requirements were fully completed. If the certification requires more than one exam, the certificate is not issued until the final required exam is passed.
5. If the exam was taken through Certiport, it will not currently appear in the Microsoft Learn profile. It must be managed and shared through the Certiport account.
6. If it is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for help with missing credentials.
