    Hi, Jyotii Singh

This usually happens because your Windows account is still managed through Microsoft Family Safety, even though the account belongs to an adult. Only the family organizer can change limits for an adult account listed as a family member.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

Sign in at Microsoft Family using the same Microsoft account used on the laptop.

If you are the organizer, select your profile, open Screen time, choose the Windows device, and select Turn limits off.

If your account shows as a Member, ask the organizer to disable the schedule or remove your account from the family group. An adult member currently cannot change organizer-controlled limits independently.

If you are no longer in a family group but the limit remains, press Windows + R, type cmd, and select OK. Run:

    schtasks /run /tn "Microsoft\Windows\Shell\FamilySafetyRefreshTask"

Restart the laptop afterward. This refreshes the Family Safety settings stored on the device.

Thank you for your patience in reading, I hope this information has been helpful to you.
