AI Skill Fest Voucher - Exam reschedule to October 18

I scheduled my exam for 20th September, now due to unforeseen circumstances I have to travel during those dates. I tried rescheduling the voucher to October 18 which is the last day to take the exam but I am unable to do it, as the voucher has limitations. Can someone help in this regard?

Because the program explicitly permits exam delivery through October 18, I kindly request that a support agent manually push my appointment forward to an open slot or provide a mechanism to adjust my date.
