So, please help/guide me for take os and driver backup and install to same laptop installation for production line.

For a single Lenovo L14 Gen6, the supported method is to create a Windows Recovery Drive or use Lenovo Vantage / Lenovo Recovery to capture the factory‑supported image.
If your goal is to deploy Windows to multiple devices, please note that OEM Windows cannot be cloned or reused across machines.
