Hello, I need assistance recovering my Microsoft certifications from 2014. The email address I used back then has been completely deactivated, and I no longer have access to it. I have my old Microsoft Certification ID (MCID: 1330383). I would like to link/merge my old certifications into my current Microsoft Learn profile.
