I recently pre ordered FC27 however the money didn’t come out of my account straight away. Then today I woke up and saw the money had been attempted to come out I didn’t have money in my account at the time. I have money in there now will you take another payment as I want the game I’ve pre ordered

It tired to take it out 2 time this morning before u could put the money in there will I still have a chance to get the pre order still?

@deene mccracken did you get sorted ? I have the same issue myself where I didn’t have the money in the account I used to pre order

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

As has already been answered, the system will try again to remove the payment for your pre order. Just for clarification for next time though, when you pre order a game payment will not be attempted until within 10 days of the game release. This does not apply for currency on your account. If you have currency on your account that you're paying with then payment will come out immediately.

Yes. If Microsoft couldn’t collect payment for the pre-order, it will try to charge the current payment option two more times before the pre-order launches. If payment still can’t be collected, the pre-order will be canceled.

To make sure the order goes through:

Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/orders with the Microsoft account used for the purchase.
In Order history, find the FC27 pre-order.
Select Change how you pay.
Confirm the current payment method still works, or add a different payment option.

That is the recommended step when a pre-order payment attempt fails.
