I participated in AI Skills Fest 2026 and completed the required learning activities/eligible playlist. I also completed the voucher claim process.

I have received my AI Skills Fest 2026 Credly badge, which confirms that my participation/achievement was recorded. However, I have not received the Microsoft certification exam voucher from Pearson VUE/MindHub Pro.

I have checked my inbox, spam/junk folders, and other email folders, but I cannot find the voucher email.

I would appreciate it if you could please:

    Sorry, it is now far too late as all AI Skills Fest vouchers had to be used before August 18th.

    You needed to have claimed the voucher and used the same email address on the claim form as you used to register for the event.
