    Hi @Shan SS First need to find the root cause. so, first try to open with safe mode. press windows + R type excel / safe open your excel file having issue. please check and confirm.

    To better understand the issue, please answer the following questions below:

    1. What changes did you make to your computer or subscription before the issue started?
    2. What exactly happens when you open an Excel file? Does it just keep loading, or do you see any error messages or error codes? If so, could you please share them?
