I have already scheduled my SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst exam as an online proctored exam.
I now want to change the exam delivery mode from online proctored to an in-person Pearson VUE test center. When I use the reschedule option, I am only shown online appointment dates and I do not see any option to select a test center.
Could you please advise whether the existing appointment can be changed from online to test center, or whether I need to cancel and book a new appointment? I would also like to know the safest way to do this without losing my exam fee or voucher.
My exam is scheduled for September 17, 2026, so I would appreciate guidance as soon as possible.
