My @hotmail.com account was compromised and the attacker sent emails from my account. I immediately changed my password. I can still sign in and see all my old emails, and I can send emails, but I cannot receive any new emails. I tested by sending an email from another account to my Hotmail address, and there is no bounce or error—the message simply never arrives. My mailbox is 49% full, Filter is set to All, there are no rules or blocked senders, and Forwarding is confirmed OFF. The problem also occurs in Outlook on the web, not just on my iPhone or Mac. Please check whether my mailbox has an inbound restriction or other server-side issue following the account compromise.

You can try: review your recent sign‑in activity, log out all active sessions, make sure there are no hidden malicious mail rules, use Microsoft’s account‑unblock helper tool to fix security‑related inbound mail flow limits, and wait up to 24 hours for security changes to fully propagate.
