Microsoft 365 Outlook Disappeared

Outlook will not open. Flashes a screen that wants to add an account. Tried for several hours to fix. Nothing! I need to speak to a person to assist. Everything was fine last evening. My account/email address was migrated to AOL years ago.

    Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Outlook. Could you please share a little more information to better understand what changed?

    When you open Outlook now, does the Add account screen stay open, or does Outlook close immediately afterward? Do you receive an error message?

    Are you still able to sign in directly to your AOL account through the AOL website and access your email normally? Did this issue begin after a Windows or Microsoft 365/Outlook update?

    If possible, please share a screenshot of the screen that appears, making sure to hide your email address or any other personal information.
