I was recently notified that my personal data are on 7 Dark Web seller sites. I get an average of 20 unwanted sexual and other spam emails daily. What is a reputable app to remove my personal information from those Dark Web sites
You can try Malwarebytes Personal Data Remover, but I haven't used it myself. Of course, they want to sell you their product.

I believe that, in the long run, reasoning with data brokers will not be successful.
Thank you for that suggestion. I was hoping that MS would have a trusted and reliable software app. I see several other apps advertised, but I was afraid installing them might create more problems. Looking for one that has been tried and trusted. Thank you for your suggestion.

How were you "notified" about this? It is difficult to impossible to remove the data. If you have some idea what it may be pay special attention to any services or log ons that could have been compromised. There are some services that may help, but even then it's iffy. Be careful of scam offers. One service for example is https://www.optery.com/ but I don't know how effective it really is. These kind of services can help with info on data brokers, but it's doubtful they can do anything with criminal operators.
