Hello,

I've recently purchased two of the 330 Minecoins promotion on the Microsoft Rewards. For the first one I bought, it says "This code has already been redeemed" even though no coins have appeared in my account. For the second one, it brings me to the "Here Is What You Get" screen and when I press confirm it says "Looks like you already own this. Go to My games and apps, or My Library on your home device...."

What am I supposed to do? I saw one question here saying to wait 24-48 hours, but I wasn't really sure. I've signed in and out and closed Minecraft completely, but nothing really worked. Any ideas? Thanks!

I understand how confusing this is, especially since both redemptions appear to have been recognized but the Minecoins still have not been added.

Could you confirm which device and Minecraft edition you are using, and whether Minecraft is signed in with the same Microsoft account that redeemed the Rewards offers?

Before contacting support, please try these basic steps:

Make sure Minecraft is signed in with the same Microsoft account used to redeem the Rewards offers.
Completely close Minecraft, restart the device, and launch the game again.
Sign out of the Microsoft account in Minecraft, then sign back in.
If possible, check the Minecoin balance in Minecraft Bedrock Edition on another supported device using the same account.
Check whether the game has any pending updates and install them.

Since the messages indicate that the code was already redeemed or the content is already owned, repeatedly redeeming the same offer is unlikely to resolve it. If the Minecoins remain missing under the correct account, please contact Microsoft Rewards Support and include the two Rewards order details and screenshots of the messages.

It has been a while and I am writing to see how things are going with this issue.

Check the reward directly in Microsoft Rewards Order History first, because the code or redemption link may already be available there even if the email is delayed.

Sign in to the Rewards page.
Select Redeem > Order history.
Find each Minecoins order.
Check whether Order Details, Get code, View code, or Resend is available.

If the reward details are available there, use that code or link from Order History rather than waiting for email.

If the order still shows as processing or no usable code/link appears, waiting up to 24–48 hours can be reasonable because confirmation emails and reward delivery can be delayed.

Also verify these common redemption blockers if the order was cancelled or failed:

redeem in the same region where the Microsoft Rewards account was signed up
do not use a VPN
use a mobile or landline number, not a VoIP number, if verification is required

If one order says the code was already redeemed and the other says the item is already owned, but Minecoins still do not appear after checking Order History and waiting, the next step is to contact Microsoft Rewards Support so they can investigate the specific orders.
