Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
@Gill Sinclair said
three different error messages appear in turn whenever I try to open Outlook
All but the first one are just cascading errors.
Can a Microsoft employee please respond to this question because I do not understand point 5. I don't want to create a new profile and don't know how to anyway.
At this point a new profile is the obvious thing to try. You aren't going to loose any data. It will just ask you to setup your email account(s) again. As if you were starting Outlook for the first time. Note - Create a new profile, do NOT delete or change any existing profiles.
Try these instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/create-an-outlook-profile
If you can't figure out how to do it, or it doesn't fix the problem, come back here and we'll try something else.
