This began with me changing my motherbaord for my computer. I wasn't aware it would create for me a headache regarding Windows and activating it. At the current moment the windows systems activation section is giving me the 0xC004F123 error message indicating that "Windows reported that no product key was found on your device". I went through the recommended steps of clicking the troublshooter and idicating that I changed hardware only to be shown the message "Unable to activate windows", I kept going and ran through the maze of customer help and atempted different solutions such as finding my installation ID and entering that when prompted in the get help section for re-activate my licence with again no success. At this point i just want to talk to an agent to help me and it seems I can't even do that. I can't fin any option to contact anyone. Every search I do online or on the windows get help section state that at the bottom of the page i should fin a Contact Support button, and yet I can't see one. And yes I am logged in to my Microsoft Account. So to sum up everything, I now need help with simply contacting support (a real person) so they can support me re-activating my license.

For a motherboard change, the supported self-service path is:

    1. Make sure the device is online.
    2. Open Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot on Windows 11.
    3. Run the Activation troubleshooter. This option is available only when Windows is not activated, and administrator sign-in is required.
    4. If the troubleshooter still cannot reactivate Windows after the hardware change, use Microsoft support.

To reach a real support agent, the available support paths in the provided guidance are:

    • Open the Get Help app in Windows.
    • Search for billing.
    • Select Contact Support at the bottom.
    • Continue through the prompts until chat with an agent in your browser appears.

If that path does not appear, another documented route is:

    • Go to Microsoft support contact.
    • In the search box, type agent support and run the search.
    • Ignore the search results and select Contact Support at the bottom.
    • Choose Windows and Technical Support.
    • Confirm, then select Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

If the troubleshooter and activation steps have already failed after the motherboard replacement, Microsoft support is the next path called out for reactivation help.
