My Microsoft Rewards account was suspended, and I would like to request a review. I am not aware of intentionally violating any Rewards policies. I use my Microsoft account on multiple personal devices, but I do not use bots, macros, or other automated methods to earn Rewards points. If something I did accidentally caused a policy issue, I apologize and would appreciate the opportunity to have my account reviewed and reinstated. I had 16,098 Rewards points and was saving them toward a 1,050 Robux gift card.

Select the option related to a suspended account and submit an appeal. Make sure to provide as much relevant information as possible about your account and explain that you believe the suspension was made in error.
