DISM and SFC SCANNOW won't run

Whenever I tried running dism and sfc, no progress bar shows up.

This is happening because when I first boot up my PC, it got stuck on the black screen with a cursor, blocking me from signing in.

I was forced to shut down my PC, which would slow down my PC that way.

When I turned it on and did the usual dism and sfc scans, the progress bar never showed up.

I tried restarting by it ended up making my monitor not turn on while the pc was still on, forcing another shut down.

Note: I have windows 10 since I am unable to update to windows 11.

The behaviors you mentioned might be caused by system corruption. Sometimes, the system becomes corrupted to such an extent that even repair tools cannot help.

Before suggesting an alternative for repairing the system, I'd like to see if I can find clues as to what caused this black screen when you started the system. It might not have been system corruption initially, but forcing a shutdown caused the corruption.

Please export and share the log for analysis:

Press Windows + X and select Event Viewer;
Expand Windows Logs and select System;
In the Actions panel on the right, select Filter Current Log;
In Event level, check the boxes Critical, Warning, and Error and click on Ok;
Again, in the Actions panel, select Save Filtered Log File As and save in an easily accessible place.

Then, upload the file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

Post the link to the file here so I can have a look.
