Opening add-ins on powerpoint

I am trying to add mentemeter to my powerpoint presentation but microsoft won't accept my password or let me reset it. Is there a problem with the system being down?

    Mentimeter is a third-party add-in, not a Microsoft product. Here is their help site, where you may be able to find an answer to your question.
