WHY HAVE ALL MY PINNED CHATS DISAPPEARED IN COPILOT ON IPAD ??

I Can see 'some chats' in left hand column - but ALL my PINNED chats have disappeared.

I logged in through the Copilot App and it keeps telling me to LOG in - even though Im already logged in.

I logged out and logged back in again and it still has a mesage at the top to sign in.

I tried ignoring the app altogether and logging in through Safari - same thing again - ALL my PINNED chats are no longer there.

What the heck is going on ??? I keep asking Copilot and it doesn't know. Genius. Just genius.

I tried logging out of 365 and logging through Google - makes no different. Microsoft has just decided to remove all my pins without warning and now dozens of very important chats - including legal court information and Ombudsman information and i was dealing with is no longer there.

I do NOT remember what the chats were named - so I cannot search for them. I have tried everything obvious but they are not there.

I do not want to risk uninstalling the app altogether in case I lose everything when I reinstall it.

What should I do ? Is this a known bug ? Are Microsoft working on it or what ???? This is highly disturbing, unreliable, frustrating and very worrying. It seems Copliot / Microspft cannot be relied upon for anything.

    • Review the recent chat list for older conversations that may still be present but are no longer showing as pinned.
    • If available, try searching for keywords you remember from the conversations.

    3, Test another device

    • Sign in to Copilot on a different device or browser.
    • Check whether the pinned chats appear there.

    Since you're concerned about preserving existing data, it may be best to avoid removing the app until you've confirmed whether the chats are accessible elsewhere.
