Which Microsoft 365 subscription are you using, such as Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, Business Standard, Business Premium, or Enterprise?
By “new server,” do you mean a Windows Server with Remote Desktop Services, an email server, or simply a new computer?
Are you trying to activate Microsoft 365 Office applications or Windows Server?
Is the subscription already associated with a Microsoft account or work account?

Once you provide these details, we can determine whether you need to sign in with the licensed account, use Shared Computer Activation, or obtain a separate Windows Server license.
