Absence of Azure Support and No Where to Turn

I am seeking support in this case (#2609020040010170) that has been open on our client's tenant for 12 days with no actual update other than "We are awaiting a response from internal", requesting a quota increase for their existing home region from 0 to 16 for Microsoft Fabric, this has been their home region for a few years and I find it amazing that they are allocated 0 quota. Regardless of this fact there were objects built in Fabric that we are now going to lose because they were built on a trial while we proving out the ability of Fabric to our client, and now we can not run what was built. Please help me move this along and get client the quota they need, or direct me to someone who can assist, PLEASE.

I do not believe this qualifies as "Support"

    Hi,

I understand the issue with the Microsoft Fabric capacity quota remaining at 0 and the support case not receiving a clear resolution.

For a Fabric quota increase, you can also check the Azure Portal under Quotas → Microsoft Fabric and submit a New Quota Request for the required region and CU limit. Microsoft’s documentation also states that if the quota request is not successful, a support request can be created under “Service and subscription limits (quotas)” with “Microsoft Fabric” selected as the quota type.

Since the existing support case has already been open for several days, I would recommend including the subscription, region, current quota (0), requested quota (16), and the existing support case number in the request so the support team can review it directly.

    Microsoft documentation:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/enterprise/fabric-quotas

I hope this helps clarify the next steps.
