I accidentally uninstalled a Norton Utilities program.

Can a program "uninstall" be undone in Windows 8.1 64bit?

    Hello,

    You could do a system restore using a restore point dated when you still had the app installed to restore it like in the tutorial below.

    If that's not an option, then you could restore a system image that still had the app installed. Otherwise, you should be able to manually reinstall the app as usual.
