Hello @Shandeni Morgan
The MB-310 course and learning content are still available on Microsoft Learn, so this doesn't mean MB-310 training has been discontinued.
Microsoft also continues to maintain the MB-310 lab instructions and supporting files in its Microsoft Learning GitHub repository. The repository contains the current hands-on lab instructions and is updated as Dynamics 365 Finance changes.
MB-310 Official Lab Repository
The limitation is that those instructions don't include the hosted Dynamics 365 Finance VM. You would still need access to an appropriate Dynamics 365 Finance environment to perform the exercises.
If you're taking MB-310 through an instructor-led course or training provider, contact your instructor/Authorized Learning Partner first, as they may have access to the appropriate hosted lab environment.
If you're studying independently and the Launch VM option used to appear for you but has now disappeared, I'd report it through Microsoft Credentials/Learn support rather than troubleshooting your browser or account indefinitely.
For exam preparation in the meantime, you can continue with the self-paced MB-310 material, the official lab instructions, and Microsoft's current MB-310 study guide. The study guide was updated for the skills measured as of August 14, 2026.
Based on the information currently available, you can't re-enable the missing Launch VM option from your Microsoft Learn profile, and I can't assume Microsoft Learn has permanently removed the VM environment unless they confirm it.
