Hi!

Links usually use the HTM or HTML format. Try this option in Windows Settings:

  1. Open Windows Settings > Apps > Default apps > In the first search bar, search for ".htm" > If the Edge icon appears, click it and select your preferred browser.
  2. Repeat the process by searching for ".html".
  3. Test it. If it doesn't work, close Outlook and—in that same settings area—search for "Outlook" in the second search bar > Click on it > Look for the Edge icon next to one of the formats/URL types and change it to your preferred browser.
