How to remove the lines in a table

I wish to remove the lines created in my table so it only shows the list.

    If you mean an actual Microsoft Forms form at forms.office.com, Microsoft Forms does not provide a setting to remove or customize the outlines/borders of a table-like question.

    For example, a Likert question is displayed in a table/grid format, but Forms controls that layout and its lines/borders. There is no border or “No Outline” formatting option for it. Microsoft’s available Forms formatting is mainly text formatting and themes, not individual table-border formatting.
