Forza Horizon 5 account link issue PS5

Hi. I have linked my MS account successfully and can play Forza Horizon 5 on PS5. When my son goes to his profile on the same PS5, we link HIS MS account successfully, then it goes back to please sign in to play game. We have tried everything we did the correct game sharing and offline PS5 settings, contacted Playstation and was directed to Microsoft as they could not assist. He is 12 yrs old but i have done all the settings even on the MS Family Safety app to ensure all works but still we cant seem to have him play FH5 when he goes into his own profile. Can anyone please help or give guidance? Thanks
