Unable to Complete Human Verification - Microsoft Account Creation Blocked

Hello Microsoft Support, I am trying to create a Microsoft account using my email address so I can link my approved GitHub Student Developer Pack and redeem the Azure for Students benefit. However, the account-creation page displays: “Account creation has been blocked. We have detected some unusual activity and have blocked the creation of a Microsoft account.”

Before this block appeared, I attempted Microsoft’s human verification (“Please press and hold the button”) more than 30 times. Each attempt failed and asked me to try again or return to the first page. I also tried normal troubleshooting steps, including another browser, device, incognito mode, and network, but the issue remains. I am a legitimate student and can provide proof of enrollment and my approved GitHub Student status if required. Please review the block on my account creation attempt and let me know how I can complete verification safely. Thank you.
