Azure for Students – Unable to confirm my University ID

Hello,

I am a full-time student at Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT), India, and I am trying to activate the Azure for Students plan using my official college email address.

My college email domain is @cbit.org.in.

However, during the Azure for Students verification process, I consistently receive:

“Unable to confirm your University ID”

I have already tried:

My official college email

Another Microsoft/Outlook account

InPrivate/Incognito mode

The GitHub verification option

The same error occurs every time.

I do not have an Azure subscription yet because I cannot complete the student verification. I also cannot create a support request through the Azure portal because it gives me a tenant/access error.

Could you please check whether the cbit.org.in domain / Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology is correctly recognised by the Azure for Students verification system, and advise me on how to complete the verification?

I can provide proof of current student enrollment and screenshots of the verification error if required.
